Inclusions & Optional Extras

Includes:  All package prices include Full Professional Editing with special digital effects, personalised chapter menu’s and customised music overlays. All DVD’s and cases are personalised with images of your special day. 3 DVD’ copies are included with every package listed.

Travel:   All wedding package prices are inclusive of up to 100km total travel.  Additional travel will be charged at 50cents per km.

Accommodation:  In the interest of videographer safety, on some occasions it may 
be necessary for our staff to obtain accommodation in instances where the wedding is filmed outside the Bendigo or Ballarat vicinity.  This is at the discretion of Memory Remains Media and will be advised at the time of booking. – Generally this allowance is around $150.00.

Additional Copies: Additional DVD copies: $20.00 each

Payment Arrangements

Three Easy Payments

1. In order to secure your booking with mrm an initial Booking Fee of one third of your booking applies. This booking fee is Non Refundable in the event of a cancellation.
   
   
2. Four weeks prior to your wedding date an additional one third of your account should be paid.  This is also a Non Refundable payment in the event of canceling your booking.
   
   
3. The final payment of one third of your account is to be made payable on the day of delivery or pick up of your professional video. (Cash only)
   
   
4. Payment can be made by for the first 2 payments via Cash, Cheque or Direct Debit.
